Just thought I'd drop an email to let you know about my recent experience renting a house from yourselves. We approached your office in Morpeth after spotting a lovely little house to let in Widdrington station and arranged a viewing. Paul was our first contact with your business and he was extremely friendly, his manner was polite, knowledgeable and efficient, he got back to us quickly when we had any enquiries. We had the viewing with a gentleman called Roy who was the same, very nice guy. Emma was super friendly and welcoming and she made us feel valued and confident about what we were getting into, dealing quickly and efficiently with our application. Linda, your lettings officer was similarly good at her job, processing everything quickly and with a personal touch (as with Emma,Paul and Roy). In about a week, your team have got us into a house (something Pattinson took nearly 4 months to do!) and we couldn't be happier, I hope you pass this on to your staff as they are great, everyone of them!
