We had the viewing with a gentleman called Roy who was the same, very nice guy. Emma was super friendly and welcoming and she made us feel valued and confident about what we were getting into, dealing quickly and efficiently with our application. Linda, your lettings officer was similarly good at her job, processing everything quickly and with a personal touch (as with Emma,Paul and Roy).
